Water baptism can be described as testimony showing what has happened in their heart and demonstrates their desire to obey God's Word and become Jesus disciple. No visible change is apparent whenever you rise from the h2o, the change already occurred in our spirit at our new birth.
When I can My partner and i find our identification by using Jesus burial and resurrection as one is lowered into the water it's a really picture of burial as we go under the h2o, the picture of resurrection as we are raised from the water. Being lowered into the water represents dying with Christ, being in the water represents being hidden with Christ, and being raised through the water represents being resurrected by using Christ. We are a fresh creation in Christ Jesus things become new music in our sanctification a cleansing for the Spiritus and I am anyone that brings it out with expression with the new life holiness of God living in us.
Baptism is the ‘next step' you probably have put their faith with Jesus Christ. It's a public declaration that you belong to Him.


Water Baptism Class 9:15 am Sunday August 13, 2017

Healing Waters Fellowship will be at Cedar Beach, Mount Sinai on Sunday, August 13th at 1:30 PM for Water Baptisms.

You can be required to attend some sort of baptism teaching at Healing Waters Fellowship prior to our regular Sunday system on that date.
The only real qualification for water baptism is that candidate is a believer in Jesus Christ and has experienced the new rise. It is a personal respond to an encounter with God and unfortunately your expression of faith by obeying the commandment of Jesus being baptized.
We invite people who desire to make this pubic declaration with water baptism. Should you be churched, we ask that you speak to your Pastor about water baptism inside your church. If you are unchurched or wanting to answer the call of salvation and be water baptized, you are welcome in order to satisfy us. We will employ a time of fellowship adopting the baptisms.
Please dress reasonably for baptism. If wearing a bathing suit, wear a long t shirt over it. You could also wear dark colored t shirt and shorts. Bring an alteration of clothing and some sort of towel.
